which is your name, e-mail address and delivery address. After you have received the book we do not
store this information but delete it. Should you fail to acknowledge receipt of the book we keep this
information for a period of two months after which it is deleted. We do not send out marketing or
promotional material from this Website. If we do decide to do that at a later stage we will create a
separate voluntary mailing list for that and not use the list of people who have bought from us. We will
NOT under any circumstances sell your information or make it available to anyone else.
We do NOT accept, collect or store credit card information or banking details at all. Payments are done
via PayPal or Globill.net. At no stage does PayPal or Globill.net provide us with your financial infor-
mail address and notification that you have transferred
an amount to us. In order to make a payment you are transferred to the secure of websites of the
payment provider of your choice and back again to our website. It is entirely up to you which payment-
If you choose to pay via electronic transfer then again you are making a payment through your own
bank without disclosing your financial information to us. You don’t even have to send us proof of
payment if you use the reference number provided by us as we’ll pick this up from our bank statement.
Return and non-delivery policy:
We check every book before sending it out to make sure it is in good quality and we package
it in bubble wrap to make sure you receive it in good order. We have all taken great care to
ensure a quality product that we’re sure you’ll be delighted with.
However, the following policies are in place:
If we send the book to you without a tracking number and you do not receive it within a reasonable
time-frame we will replace it at our own cost. Keep in mind for international orders that it can take
anything from 1 week to more than a month for a book to go from point A to point B.
Books ordered in the USA are dispatched from Virginia, USA.
Books ordered in South Africa are dispatched from Centurion, South Africa.
International orders are shipped either from USA or South Africa but mostly from South Africa
as we have better postal rates than USA. It takes approximately two weeks to most countries.
If for some reason the book is not what you were expecting and you choose to return it to us,
we will refund you the cost of the book as long as it is returned within 2 weeks of receipt and in the same
condition that you found it. We will not in this instance refund you the delivery or postage charged.
If the book is received damaged we will replace it at our own cost. We may request you to return the
damaged product to us as proof, but should this happen we will cover the cost of the postage.
